I had the distinct pleasure of being a guest of Captain Jeff Kraynik of the Coastal Sportsmen to shoot two episodes of Gundogs Unlimited TV. I have to tell you, Cap't Jeff put on an incredible hunt, a fabulous fishing expedition and an all around terrific time. I have traveled to some of the "best' locations in the US, and I have never experienced an outfitter that has worked harder than Jeff to assure a successful trip. If you are considering a hunting or fishing trip in Florida, I only have one recommendation for you, come prepared for a good time.

I have been hunting duck in Western NY for over 40 years. I have experienced some of the finest duck shooting along the St. Lawrence, Lake Ontario, and the Finger Lakes.  When I came to Florida, I never expected to find duck shooting better then what I was use to. Once I meet up with Capt. Jeff my opinion changed. He has taken me time and again to some of the best duck hunting I have ever experienced. Capt. Jeff does his homework and it shows with the outstanding quality of hunts he provides. He has the knowledge, willingness and equipment to make every hunt an exciting experience. I surly would recommend Capt. Jeff to all my hunting friends.

Since retiring, I have become the typical Florida snowbird, migrating back and forth with the ducks and the change of seasons.  When I first came south, I never realized the abundance of marsh that was available to the hunter and fishermen.  Captain Jeff opened my eyes to all of that.  During the holidays, Captain Jeff has become an extended family and someone that I enjoy sharing my later years with.  He’s your classic outdoorsman from a generation gone by.

Jeff, I would like to take this time to think you for the great alligator hunt. Being a first time alligator hunter you experience in hunting alligators is second to none. It truly was a "hunt of a lifetime" that ended much to soon. Your ability to maneuver your airboats in places that was not fit for another kind of watercraft was  the main reason for my success.
